Mindset Exercise

In any moment, if you feel like you could benefit from shifting to a more positive mindset, think of three things that went or are going well. Do this for 5-10 minutes.

If there is nothing positive in the present situation, you may want to look elsewhere. What strengths in your life or society at large can be seen? How are you modelling strength and resilience for others around you now?

On scale 0-10 where 10 is full mental strength and 0 its opposite, where are you now?

What can you do in this moment that can help you move up 1 point on the scale?
